Street Love's: New Generation Rapper of the Month- Sleepy Hallow

Welcome to our New monthly article on Street Love! Here we will showcase young, upcoming rappers or artist, that our kids most likely know about, that we may not! It's very important to keep up with what our teenagers are listening to. So, Street Love and our creative director MD has come up with Street Love's: New Generation Rapper of the Month! Sleepy Hallow- Enjoy!

Recently performing at Rolling Loud Miami 2021, this 21 year old rude bwoy from Brooklyn is heating up! Currently signed to RCA Records this young upcoming rapper's musical inspirations were artist like Biggie, Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole. In 2019 Sleepy dropped his first debut mixtape "Don't Sleep" which gained him alot of followers, landing him to sign with RCA and Winners Circle Entertainment in 2020. Releasing his second mixtape "Sleep for President" also in 2020, his hit single "Deep End Freestyle" went Platinum by RIAA racking up over 85 million streams!

Always with his fellow friend and rapper Sheff G (who is currently locked up). These two have been making hits together since 2017, and heating up the streets of New York with their brand of drill music. Collaborating on many tracks together we know this will not be the last we see of the two, who allegedly signed a partnership deal with RCA together.

This year in June the upcoming rapper finally dropped his First Studio album titled "Still Sleep" selling 17,000 units in the first week sources say. His track "2055" going certified gold by RIAA in August 2021!

Tapping into the drill music aka "trap music" scene like successful artists as Chief Keef, Lil Durk and King Louie did, we believe Sleepy Hallow will soon be on the list for New York's Top drill rappers!
